The auxiliary is an affiliate group of the Northern Plains Potato Growers Association. Auxiliary members contribute to the NPPGA through their volunteer work which includes distributing potato items (baked potatoes, potato chip cookies, etc.) at local events such as Potato Bowl USA and International Crop Expo. They also compiled and sell a potato cookbook.
